fmVendor is a mobile application designed for use in select states to facilitate the acceptance and processing of coupons issued through the WIC and Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Programs (S/FMNP). This application enables farmers and farm stand employees to securely accept S/FMNP payment coupons directly at farmers markets. The interface is intuitive, leveraging the camera functionality of smartphones and tablets for efficient capture of coupon information. Captured data is managed within the app and subsequently uploaded to TPS servers, allowing for streamlined payment processing and funds transfer directly to farmers' accounts. Additionally, fmVendor features a Payment History tab that supports daily reconciliation activities. Access to the application is restricted to FMNP-Authorized Farms employing the TPS hybrid solution, with role-based login credentials assigned to authorized employees associated with these farms.
